Purchasing Information

All sculptures shown under “Sculptures” are for sale and presented with a current price and other pertinent information. If you are interested in any of the available artwork, please click the “Contact” link and use the provided form for detailed purchasing information or to set up an appointment. Payment

Payment, including shipping cost and other applicable costs, must be made in full prior to the product(s) being shipped, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments shall be made by check, money order, or a major credit card. If you are paying by check, your order will be shipped once your check clears.

Commissions

If you like John Whitehead’s artwork but do not see exactly what you are looking for under “Available Artwork,” please consider having him create a sculpture that would be perfect for a special place in your home, garden, office, or building. Commissioned work is generally about the same price as comparable work that is available on the website unless the commissioned work requires a significantly higher cost of materials or design time.

Return Policy

We have a strong return policy to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not totally satisfied with your product, you can return it any time within 15 days of the date you received it. Once the item has been returned in satisfactory condition, you can exchange it for other available artwork or receive a full refund. We will do everything possible to make your purchase or return of a product a simple and risk-free process. We want happy customers, not just sales.

Rent to Own Sculpture

John Whitehead Sculptures can lease most of its sculpture based on the following payment schedule:

Rental Period Rental Rates (applied to value of the sculpture)

< than 1 month 45%
1 to 6 months 38%
> 6 months to 1yr. 30%
> 1yr. 20%

For example, if you are renting a $10,000 sculpture for more than twelve months, then your monthly rental fee will be $166.67 ($10,000 x .20 ÷12 = 166.67).

If you decide you want to own the sculpture you are renting, you can apply the total accumulated lease amount you have paid to cover 70% of the sculpture’s listed price at time of rental agreement.
